§ 1 Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between BELTURO GmbH (placeholder) and its customers regarding the use of the digital guest companion.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded upon registration and confirmation of the selected plan.

§ 3 Services

BELTURO provides a branded digital companion (web app) including the features described in the respective plan.

§ 4 Prices and payment

The prices stated at the time of order apply. Billing is monthly in advance.

§ 5 Term and termination

Paid plans can be cancelled monthly. There is no minimum term.

§ 6 Customer obligations

Content uploaded must not infringe third-party rights and must comply with applicable law.

§ 7 Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence; otherwise only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.

§ 8 Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is — where permissible — the registered office of BELTURO GmbH (placeholder).
